Clients who spend £20 or more in the salon may be eligible to claim a Loyalty Card Stamp on their Loyalty Card. When a card has 9 complete stamps, the client may book in for a free treatment or other discount as displayed on the card or advised in the salon.
Free or Discounted Treatments must be booked in advance, and advised that the treatment is a loyalty card. Bookings for these treatments are at the salon's discrestion and cannot be used on a Saturday, during the Christmas Period or Bank Holiday Weekends.
Completed Loyalty Cards expire 3 months after the final stamp has been collected. Once the final stamp is applied, the expiration date shall be written on the card and the card must be used before the expiration date.
Exclusions
Services which are excluded from the Loyalty Scheme include, but not limited to:
Treatments won through raffles, charity donations or other gifted means.
Treatments which are, or include, special offer prices.
Treatments which are booked as part of a Gift Voucher (a stamp is still awarded for any Gift Voucher Purchase of £20 or more).
The Loyalty Scheme may be suspended or withdrawn at any point without warning. Partially or fully completed cards have no alternative cash value and remain the property of Nicola Jayne Beauty at all times.
